In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests under 18 years old are not allowed in CLUB ROOMS for health and safety reasons. At check-in debit or credit card will be pre-authorized with GBP 100 to cover any possible incidentals. The pre-authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Pre-authorized amounts may take up to 14 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. Please note that for advance purchase bookings, the cardholder has to be present upon check-in. Due to the limited number of extra beds available, guests are kindly asked to contact the hotel directly if an extra bed is needed. This will incur a charge of £30 per night. Please note that this property does not accept cash payments. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Children under the age of 18 years are not allowed to access the Steam room and Sauna due to health and safety reasons. The gym and steam sauna facilities are not wheelchair accessible. All windows at the property are closed because of the building structure. They cannot be opened.
