This exclusive 4-star hotel is in the City, London's historic financial center. It has free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms in 4 different sizes. Both Monument and Bank London underground stations are 1312 feet away. Club Quarters, Gracechurch is next to Leadenhall Market, in one of the oldest parts of London. It is 1640 feet from the River Thames and London Bridge. The City's banks, businesses and shops are a short walk away. Guests have free use of the Club Lounge, a social/business lounge area with computers, wireless printing, complimentary coffee/tea and newspapers, as well as a fitness center, and free chilled, purified bottled water. Each stylish room has bedside charging points, multi-purpose work spaces with task lighting. Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

- Staff were excellent always available to help
- Location, proximity to train stations. Customer service is top notch tea coffee and biscuits always available for guests even if you are yet to check in
- Location was the best part.
Cons -
- Internet is very poor especially to some rooms from 5th floor. Room was a bit dirty perhaps cleaners left some work tools under the bed, dust toilet wasnt flushing so well. But overall the place is good and I may go back there next time
- We arrived and our bedding and towels both had makeup on them and had obviously not been changed. The shower head in our room was broken. All things this I reported to the front desk and asked them to address. I returned later that night and they were not
- Was not 4 star hotel. Only 1 elevator worked, Restaurant was not open ( main reason I booked here), staff was confused when I went to desk and thought I wasn¿t staying there. Internet was horrible and kept going out.
