The staff were excellent
The room was tiny in comparison to pictures, the bed mattress and frame was low quality. There wasn't enough room to put your toiletries on the sink

The location is very good. The hotel looked good and it was clean.
There were no washcloths. I don't know if refrigerators are standard in English hotels, but we could have used one.
