Assuming you do not incur any additional costs during your stay, the pre-authorization sum will be released automatically. In the event that additional costs are incurred, you will be contacted by the apartment manager, who will confirm the amount you have been charged and the reasoning behind this. Please note that cash is not accepted to settle your pre-authorization. Storage of luggage after 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure (storage is free until 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure). All guests are now required to sign a gym disclaimer in order to be able to use the gym. The use of gym facilities is subject to guests signing a mandatory disclaimer, acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of use of the gym. This policy applies to all properties equipped with gym facilities, and the form of disclaimer will be made available to guests at those properties. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.
