- I liked the staff very much. Hotel employee at check-in was very efficient and lobby staff were very quick to help me with my bags or call me a cab. I loved the location, best of both worlds, close to the shops and on a beautiful park.
- Executive Lounge, Nespresso machine in room (one bed suite)
Cons -
- YES ! THE BED !!! I am still nursing an injured knee. The bed was too big for the room plus it had a frame which took up even more space from the room. Other than that it was a comfortable mattress and nice quiet room.
- Elevators constantly being refurbished; bad internet; arriving late at night and not having our designated room (one bed suite) despite having called up the day before to advise hotel of our late arrival.
- The only thing I can think of is that the hallways were very dark with a lot of black paint, not very inviting.

The location is the main reason I chose this hotel, but it was the comfort and a good nights sleep that really counted for me.
The only thing I can think of is that the hallways were very dark with a lot of black paint, not very inviting.
