- Drillibg noisy repairs the Manager on duty did nothing to fix. Bar couldn't she a simple 4 ingredient cocktail. No ice machine or space in rediculously expensive mini bar. Kept getting charged for services not used- accomodation, mini-bar, phone???
- room was not ready at promised checkin tome. also on two days, room had not been cleaned yet when we returned late afternoon. had to wait in lobby. needed mor housekeeping staff this week
