- The location was brilliant close to all the delights of theatre land and the West End. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was delightfully quirky and comfortable. Will definitely return.
- Location, hospitality
- Every aspect was exceptional for the price. The staff on the night shift, were outstanding and made me feel at home. The location is fabulous, located close to two different tube lines of Covent Garden and Leicester Square. Awesome!
Cons -
- I have no negative issues.
- Narrow staircases
- I stayed on a three day holiday weekend and it was a bit noisy with a group of middle aged men drinking and singing a few blocks away. Having two windows open to let in fresh air was a trade-off. The singing eventually stopped or I fell asleep. All OK.
