- Requested housekeeping but did not get service requested , wall under window needed repair. Kitchen window did not shut completely.

Nothing was right. This is not a hotel and only a service apartment with falls advertising on the web. room was very small with no air-condition and no WIFI. only 2 towels given and for each extra towel ten pounds charge. WIFI with extra per day charge.

Lifts could be cleaner and faster. Bed size was too small for two people.
