When booking more than 5 rooms, please note that different conditions may apply. Twenty Eight is a cash free hotel, so please bring your credit or debit card for any further payments. All the major bankcards are accepted. Valid credit card details are held on file during the stay. A valid physical credit card needs to be presented upon check in - no third party authorisation is possible. If applicable, the property will use the provided credit card details for incidentals, damages and extras. Please be advised that the minimum age in the hotel is 21. Guests under the age of 21 have to be accompanied by someone of 21 years or older. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the Studio and Executive Apartment is 2 persons. It is not possible for an extra person to stay in these room types. If you wish to add an extra adult or child to the accommodation, please book the 2-Bedroom Apartment. This is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is not permitted in all areas. There is a terrace where guests are allowed to smoke cigarettes. Please note that if guests do smoke in the non-permitted areas, there will be a € 280,- fine. The hotel does not allow pets. Please note that for bookings up to 6 nights, a touch up is offered if the guest places a door hanger on the doorknob. For stays over 7 nights, we offer weekly cleaning and new towels every 3 days. Due to our environmental footprint, our air conditioning is based on climate control. Any prepayment from €2000 may need to be verified with a payment link The sofa bed can be made for €75 per person per night extra (excluding city tax).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
