The Bilderberg Garden hotel is a 5-star hotel in a quiet area of Amsterdam, within 4.9 feet from Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and Stedelijk Museum. Vondelpark is a 10-minute walk. It features an elegant restaurant, lounge with a fireplace and a terrace. Bilderberg Garden Hotel benefits from air-conditioned rooms with a work desk, tray with tea and coffee making facilities and a modern bathroom which is supplied with a robe and slippers. Our Bar-Bistro serves French cuisine which are complimented by an extensive selection of wine. The cozy hotel bar serves light snacks and drinks including cocktails. The P.C. Hooftstraat shopping area is just over a 15-minute walk away. Bilderberg Garden is only 1.2 mi from Amsterdam RAI. Museumplein, featuring the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum, is 15 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

From 28 July up to and including the 19th of August the restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner. Please note that the fitness facilities are located on the other side of the street, 164 feet away. The surcharge for these facilities is EUR 17 per day. A credit card guarantee is required upon arrival for incidentals. In case you do not have a credit card a refundable deposit of 50 EUR cash per night is required upon arrival for incidentals. The Kersentuin restaurant is open for lunch from Monday to Friday. Dinner is served from Monday to Saturday. Lunch: 12:00 – 14:00 hours Monday – Friday (closed on Saturday and Sunday and some public holidays) Dinner: 18:00 – 22:00 hours Monday – Saturday (closed on Sunday and some public holidays) Please note that if guests want to book breakfast after booking their reservation, breakfast will cost EUR 27.50 per person per day. - Clean, efficient, great food, quiet location.
- This was a quick train ride from the airport. Museums were a 35 minute walk. Nice little restaurants and a park within 5 minutes. After an overnight flight from Dallas they had a room ready early, which was wonderful to shower and sleep!
- The staff and the hotel was excellent. Had a wonderful stay. Rooms are extremely nice. Food extremely good. Service outstanding.
Cons -
- I honestly can't think of one thing we didn't like about the hotel.
- The rooms weren't cleaned and/or restocked adequately. The carpet wasn't adequately vacuumed and I left a wine glass from the restaurant and it was still there after I had requested a room cleaning. The reception was not adequately staffed for check out
- Location is not best. A 50 min walk to Central Station where most of the tourist sites are located, 7-10 min walk to tram/any restaurant/grocery store. In room safe didn¿t work despite multiple request to have it fixed. No drawers to put clothes away.
