It was a hotel.

Cons -

My daughter felt the bed wasn't comfortable- I didn't ?
No TV in the room.
It wasn't very clean. Bedsheets smelled weird. I saw sliverfish bugs around. Kettle was broken. Kitchen utensils were dirty. False fire alarm in the middle of the night. No noise isolation, I could hear people in other rooms. Shower drain blocked water.

Staff are lovely, welcoming and go above and beyond for customers. Like going through many pillows to find the one I like ? Pepper the cat was the star though and had many a nap with me ?
