- My room was on the second floor just above the front of the hotel entrance - it was difficult to get any sleep. The Room was a bit outdated and not cleaned well. The front desk was understaffed. The concierge was clueless.
- For a 5 star rated hotel, the rooms and bathrooms in the Junior suite are not good. The bathroom was not clean.
