- Exceptional service, and charming rooms. Very quiet rooms, and ina beautiful area of Amsterdam. Close to everything. Must try Black and Blue restaurant which is a lovely7 minute stroll away. Would definitely stay here again.
- Well located and really high quality. Much better than expected with the room having small extras that made a favorable overall impression. The hotel has also great interior design.
- Fantastic room in lovely location. High quality breakfast. Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Special appreciation to hotel employee, who went out of his way to help me find the right wine, and Didi, who was always smiling and recommended the best restaurant!

- A minor thing was the weird large flat switches in the bathroom which made it impossible to figure out how to turn on the towel rack heater.
