- Location, bang for the buck, elevator, quiet street, beautiful view (I had a front-facing room), lots of security measures (I felt safe here).
- Location!!! Perfect central. The staff were the kindest people ever, gave excellent recommendations and were so incredibly thoughtful. Canal view room was the most beautiful thing to wake up to!

- I thought it was reasonably priced for what I got, but may not be for those who want more than a no-frills hotel. 15 euros for breakfast was high; I went elsewhere.
- None. The rooms are technically ¿small¿ for American standards however it was perfect for the location and Europe. Do not think this is a true drawback- if anything, the room was so well planned for the space and SO clean!!!

The staff was rude and not helpful. Rooms were tiny with a musty old smell covered with a fake plastic air freshener smell
