- Location and it had a lift. Front desk staff were terrific. Best coffee we had while in Amsterdam.
- Location, atmosphere, surrounding amenities
- The location. On the edge of the city centre on a quiet street but still close to attractions, shops, restaurants etc. The buffet breakfast was very good too.
Cons -
- Room was a bit small but nice. Hotel provided robes and slippers as we booked the shared bathroom and that was a nice touch.
- Small elevator, very small steps
