Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the credit card used to guarantee the reservation, needs to be shown upon arrival. Please note that the following applies for nonrefundable bookings: a prepayment of the total price is mandatory at the time of booking. After making a reservation, a separate e-mail from the hotel will be sent to the guest with a request to verify the payment. Guests must verify the payment to confirm their reservation. If the payment is not completed on time, the reservation might get canceled. The hotel then asks guests to contact them to discuss the possibilities of an alternative payment method.
