- Awful!! Deceiving!
- The staff who greeted us was extremely welcoming and offered great suggestions for the area. Everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful.
- Staff was professional and very helpful. Little touches like snacks at the reception was a plus and a good breakfast table (coffee was lukewarm on 2nd day though).
Cons -
- Wasn¿t near the lobby. In a completely different building a half a block away. Bad. Gross. And smelly. Our room didn¿t depict any of the pictures that were online when we booked. Too expensive for what you get. Awful!
- The "Annex" was more like a dorm floor -- small room with a small bathroom. It was comfortable enough, but not as comfortable as I had hoped.
- Room was too small. Bed was saggy because base was smaller than mattress. The bathroom was about 4ft by 4 ft and shower stall just big enough to shower but not much more. Window was on the street and let in a lot of street noise.
