- Where to even begin¿. The staff & Spa is one of the most kind and hardworking I have encountered on every Level. When they are ¿issues¿ they handle them hands on and Special Treats await in the Room. The spa & Spa ladies ALL OF THEM go above and beyond

- Surprised for a 5 star hotel how many times the patio staff (young adults) took their time to wait on us. More than once when we would close out , our bill was completely incorrect. Not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The property was great!
Surprised for a 5 star hotel how many times the patio staff (young adults) took their time to wait on us. More than once when we would close out , our bill was completely incorrect. Not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel.
