Pros +
- Its proximity to the train station.
- The location was great. All of the staff was great but one. House keeping was awesome. The front desk personnel was very helpful, all but one.

- This hotel is not clean. There was hair in the sheets and on the blankets, and a musty and mothball smell to the bedding as well. Hairs in the sink and shower. Heat would not working in the morning. Overall very dissatisfied.
- All of the staff was great but one. A Pakistani front desk employee was rude. I wouldn¿t want this person representing my hotel. The air conditioner was broken the entire time we were there for a week.
- I had to pay the city tax which was fine but they didn¿t have change so they sort changed me. Also the door keycard didn¿t work and there was no back up so they had to take the panel off and were given just a metal key. No key ring or anything.

Location close to Termini station
No shelves or hooks in the bathroom Room key difficult to use and they would only give one key Lights in the room go out if the key is not left in a slot by the door. Not enough outlets in the room.
