- You overbooked your hotel and sent us to the Black Hotel. We have never been to such a poor, low grade hotel ever.
- I liked the free parking right out in front
Cons -
- They put us in a room with three single beds all facing in different directions. The room had a strong smell of smoke. We were told it was a no smoking room. They changed our room, it smelt better but not satisfactory for paying over $200.00
- 1. There was an additional 24 Euro charge per person, per night. This additional fee is nonsense as it¿s not what I expected to pay. I had no option but to pay. 2. The room had noisy pipes rattling all night. This prevented a full night¿s rest.
