Augusta Lucilla Palace offers elegant and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen satellite TVs and free WiFi throughout. It is set in central Rome, 5 minutes' walk from both Repubblica Metro Station and Termini Train Station. The rooms are en suite and come with smart beds with massaging function and both memory-foam mattresses and pillows. Some feature unique tapestries, paintings, and a sofa for 2 people. Located in an 18th-century building, the Augusta Lucilla has a rooftop terrace, 24-hour front desk and a bar. A buffet breakfast is served daily. Just a few steps from the hotel you will find Rome's Opera House. From Termini Metro Station, there are direct connections to the Spanish Steps, the Vatican and the Colosseum.

- Location - 5 min walk from Termini, good sjhopping and food nearby. We showed up at 1030 am and asked for early check in, no problem!!!
- The staff were very friendly and very courteous. I was able to leave my luggage there for a couple of days while I took a trip to Tel Aviv. The rooms were very clean and everything in the hotel function.

Cons -
- Easy to miss as it's on a side street but remember to look for the balloons in the shop across the street in the corner!
- There was a construction at the time, not far from the hotel, but that is totally out of control of the hotel.
