Pros +
- The staff were the best. Friendly; professional and always there to assist you with whatever needs. The room was unbelievable. Clean; modern, and included all amenities. Bathtub; marble shower; separate bathroom, and huge bedroom with king size bed.
- Welcome was wonderful, attentiveness of all staff was also wonderful, location perfect, suites were lovely. Would definitely stay there again and have noted it as my go-to place to stay in Rome.
Cons -
- Need to provide a softer mattress but after traveling Italy it seems all the hotel use a very firm mattress.
- My only criticism is that checkout was not as gracious as greeting upon arrival, this undermined the genuineness of the original welcome but could possibly be put down to the fact that they were very busy at the time. Still it was slightly disappointing.
