- The hotel had elevator only to 1st floor the rest you had to climb up stairs we stayed 4th floor and with suitcases was very hard, it was very outdated and staff not friendly at all
- Room and front desk staff We were assigned a room with a wall view,barely any light.Very uncomfortable beds/pillows.When we asked for another room the front desk employees responded with an attitude that it would cost us even more.Hotel wasn't even full.
- I had difficulty getting warm water for my evening shower.
