- Location was good
- The location was the only good thing about this hotel. You are able to walk out of the hotel and be in San Marco Square. Everything besides the location for this hotel was terrible. Do not stay here!

Cons -
- I got charged for a child even though I booked for a child. It was totally ridiculous and it was because I asked for sheets on the pull out bed. Friends that also traveled with a child did not get charged because they learned to not ask for sheets.
- Our hotel room had no hot water over our 4 day stay. Staff was told on multiple occasions and never fixed the problem or offered alternatives to proved hot water. The bed was as hard as a rock and warped in the center. Worst hotel ever. Do not book here!
