- The small room didn't justify the price. The location is not the best if compared to the St. Mark's square side. The whole area is a dead zone after 10 pm with no food options either. While St. Mark's square side is lively till mid night.

- The hotel?s choice of Water Taxi company. Hotel gave me certain price. But somehow the water taxi driver always asked for ?20 euros more than what was quoted. When I informed hotel they said it?s a third party vendor and it is not their fault.

The location of the hotel.
