- Location and staff
- The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing and the location of the hotel is close enough for you to visit all the important places but off the beaten path. The room was cleaned each day, and it was gorgeous.
- It was a very charming hotel in the heart of Venice
Cons -
- Wifi did not work the whole day. Spoke to staff and they stated it was because the room I had booked was part of another hotel and therefore they didn?t have control over it. It would?ve been okay but the room also essentially blocked all cellular signal
- We had trouble finding the hotel, but that was due to being first timers in Venice which proved to be complicated navigating at times
- A better Hotel sign can help to identify this hotel from a distance and some furniture needed a cosmetic fix, but these can be overlooked when all other services are top-notch.

Location and staff

It was a very charming hotel in the heart of Venice

The hotel owner did provide a map about how to get from the water taxi, which helped to find a hotel. Great breakfast, the staff was very friendly. A good internet connection. overall I enjoyed my experience. will definitely stay here again.
A better Hotel sign can help to identify this hotel from a distance and some furniture needed a cosmetic fix, but these can be overlooked when all other services are top-notch.
