- The location is the only thing good, and they provided a complimentary boat tour to Murano glass factory
- Hotel room was way smaller than the pictures appeared. I knew it would be small but it was ridiculously small. The AC was set at 19 Celsius but it was no way close. The room was hot and had to sleep without sheets. The rooms had ants, and other crawlers

- The hotel amenities are not for a 4 star hotel, the rooms look dated and not that clean. Bathrooms were clean. Mini fridge didn¿t work, no iron or ironing board The breakfast was ok, just crossaint and eggs so far the least impressive in Europe
- I didn¿t like anything about this hotel except for its excellent location. Couldn¿t finish all the negatives about this place in the previous section.

This hotel was in the heart of everything we wanted to see in Venice. The rooms were large and well maintained. We loved our stay here. Definitely recommend!
