Pros +
- Staff was responsive to emails and made every effort to help us enjoy our stay. The hotel + rooms is clean and the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Kosher breakfast was very much appreciated and was decent. The location is perfect for Jewish travel
Cons -
- The entire hotel is either A/C or heating. We wanted to use A/C but since the time of year we went was "winter" we couldn't as the system was in "heating mode". Rooms were very clean, but not the nicest.
