Pros +
- Great location, not a far walk from Piazza San Marco but still in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. Air conditioner was excellent, especially for the hot July weather. Also, the staff was nice and helpful.

Cons -
- You have leave the keys at the front desk every time you leave the hotel!!
- Stairs to go into the hotel. No elevator in that part, so if you have large suitcases it is not the easiest to go into.
- Our room was bland and cramped. Expected a lot more. Beds were very uncomfortable, mosquitoes in the room. It never seems like a good sign if there is a can of roach spray in the room. Wifi was very minimal and spotty.

Staff was so nice!! The location was very good.
Stairs to go into the hotel. No elevator in that part, so if you have large suitcases it is not the easiest to go into.

We liked that it was close to a water taxi, not much walking with our luggage.
