- Staff was excellent.Helpful,knowledgeable and friendly.
- - Very helpful staff - Spacious (tall & wide) rooms furnished with antique reproductions - Lap pool in basement - Full kitchen (except no microwave) - Quiet - Nice neighborhood with a variety of ethnic restaurants up and down the street
- The room was a suite which is great for families. The staff was very nice. The location on the Kudamm is outstanding.
Cons -
- I found nothing to dislike at all.
- No. The only thing I would caution people about is that it looks close to the CityCube convention center on a map, but the wide zigzag walk around highways and train tracks makes it a minimum 35-minute trip each way. Plan on taking the commuter train.
- Wish they had connoisseur services to help book excursions and make suggestions. Also it was very warm in Berlin and they don't have air conditioning.
