- I woke up on March 16th when I heard someone trying to open my door. The next thing I knew a woman had entered my room. She didn¿t say anything and proceeded to take sheets from the closet and leave. There was no knock and no identification of who she was
- got stuck in the elevator WITH another guest.SHOULD BE A NOTE SO I COULD GO UP BY STAIRS .receptionists do not speak EN.
