- It was readily available, clean and easy to locate. The room was pleasant, along with the view.
- Great location.
- - Great value - Outstanding west city location - Christmas markets next door in winter! short walk to train station, great shopping. - Pool is a good size for a hotel and has some nice jets. - Hotel lobby is a nice place to be - Travel adapter in room
Cons -
- Half the staff we encountered were polite and helpful, the other half were short and bothered to provide us assistance. Room service/cleaning personnel kept disturbing us, even though our stay was for one night, so we decided to go elsewhere.
- They charging 15 extra for using sauna. No every body was nice as it should to be in 5 star hotel.. Rooms are small. I would say its nice 4-star hotel.
- - Rooms are small for a 5 star hotel and a little dated - Bar is extortionate, even with the nice service. - Don't understand why the sauna costs EUR15 extra - just include it. - 2 single duvets on a double bed feels strange to a solo non-European.
