- The staff were friendly and very helpful.
- Location is convenient. Right next to Mercedes plaza and east side mall, both provide options for food and grocery needs. It¿s about 6-8 min walk to Warschauer station, this station didn¿t have a working elevator (huge luggage be aware).

Cons -
- No mini fridge in room is really inconvenient. Consider putting in a mini fridge in half of the rooms and offer those rooms to people staying longer. We stayed 6 nights and had to ask for ice at the reception bar maybe 7 times.
