- The location
- Great location, large room, everything was clean. Very good breakfast. All types of cold cuts and cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, also standard American fare of scrambled eggs+sausages+bacon, croissants, pain au chocolat, fruits, granola, cereals, teas, jams
- The lobby was stylish and the location was great
Cons -
- The mattresses were horribly hard. Also, i messaged for another cup to be brought through the app and it never came. The staff weren?t overly friendly.
- No complaints at all. Elevators which are generally a sore point worked well and we¿re sufficient for the occupancy.
- The check in/check out process was ridiculous. There were almost constantly long lines of people in the lobby being helped by only one person, who, understandably, became quite rude and frustrated. Not an ideal experience.
