- good value for money
- The location and most of the staff. Some were rude and the manager was as well when a problem was presented with the room.
- The hotel is of a high quality - the staff is very helpful and professional, the room was very clean and built and furnished with high quality materials. Breakfast was nutritious, tasty and reasonably priced. I will definitely stay there again.
Cons -
- Room Bug problem was not addressed by the manager, in fact, she blamed the guests when the guests barely stepped in the room before presenting the issue immediately to the front desk.
- The hotel is located in a busy neighborhood. However, there appears to be no serious concern about safety.
