- The only thing better than the accommodations were the incredible staff members. The service is fantastic
- There was a slight glitch when we checked in, so the hotel upgraded us to an executive suite.
- It is comfortable and there are good gathering spaces
Cons -
- It would have been prudent to inform incoming guests that restaurant was closed in the hotel
- The elevators are creepy
- Accusing of smoking in the room
