the location. the cleanliness of the room. the comfortable beds. the room had two armchairs to sit in, which was nice.
the entranceway is very dirty and smells sour. the staff are somewhat rude and seemingly judgmental. there's a tv but no cable service. no elevator. the stairs were challenging. the pay in full in advance with zero refund or changes to booking permitted.
