Pros +

  • The restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious, the waitstaff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the prices were very reasonable. Decent location. Mall, restaurant and grocery store all within walking distance.
  • Staff were friendly and the room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 girls
  • THE LOCATION AND CLEANLINESS OF ROOMS AND THE RESTAURANT.

Cons -

  • A disappointing experience. The hotel was dated and not very clean, the bathroom had hair throughout, and overall upkeep seemed lacking. We booked thinking breakfast was included, but it turned out to be a $15 voucher per adult (not valid for the teens with us), which didnt even cover a full breakfast with a drink. Nothing was noted on the booking.com website regarding this, which the employee did make a note of once I brought it to her attention, and I received an email after we left to let me know the breakfast would not be included and clarifying it (as if we hadnt arrived yet). Noise was a major issue. I think there was a Jo key tournament going on as well. Drunk parents were singing in the halls late into the night, kids were playing ding-dong-ditch, and a group of adults smoked and sang right outside our window. Despite being on the top floor, we could hear everything as if it were inside our room, these rooms are definitely not soundproof. We also heard doors opening and closing all night, possibly staff or other guests. We requested early check-in and didnt get a response at first. When we finally heard back after checking in a couple more times, we were told maybe if the room is ready, which it wasnt. We arrived an hour early, let them know in advance, and asked if we could at least use the pool, which they did allow, thankfully. But shortly after, the person behind us in line asked for early check-in and was told yes after the clerk called and confirmed that all the rooms (including ours) were ready. It was frustrating and felt like we were just overlooked. Overall, it wasnt a restful or enjoyable stay, and we likely wouldnt return.
  • We arrived at 5:30 and had no time to have a swim because it was closed at 6. Longer pool hours would of made two young girls happier.
  • THE POOL AREA WAS NOT VERY CLEAN AND THE PRICE I PAID WAS NOT WORTH WHAT I GOT.
