- Bed was very comfortable and location to the airport perfect for my needs. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the airport was also great.

- The Holiday Inn Express near YYT is clean and has a delightful staff. The complimentary breakfast is very good. First day of my stay real bacon and western omelet first day. Cheese omelet and sausage second. Lots of choices. Lots of free parking.

- Because I ordered through a third-party, I was unable to upgrade my room. Also, because I booked through a third-party, I was unable to pay for parking at the hotel while I travel. I was willing to pay for the bigger room, but they would not allow it.
