Pros +

The staff was just awesome. Each person was so accommodating n knowledgeable. The room was fine, overlooked parking lot so not great, but there were excellent touches like the outside sitting areas, all the info on PEI, Charlottetown, Etc.
So friendly and right in the middle of everything. It was perfect.
The staff were all very friendly the room was spotless.

Cons -

The pillows were too thick for my taste. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner, under/back of toilet. The towels were exception, however! N all the toiletries great. More fruit for breakfast would also be a nice addition..blueberries n bananas.
The portable air conditioner took up space and was noisy

We liked the location to downtown. The room was lovely and the staff was extremely friendly.
