The room is spacious and seems clean.

It's just a room. Didn't see staff, no other services.

Very clean and modern. Full kitchen. Friendly staff.

Prefer larger bed for that size space. Baking sheet did not fit the oven and no body soap for shower.

We wish we were told the directions on how to get to the camper so that we didn’t bother the owner. We were very appreciative of him dropping his dinner and showing us the way. He also showed us how to work some things around, thank you for that, he was very welcoming. Overall, everything we needed worked, my fav part was the electric fire. :)

The only tiny thing - we had VERY hard time putting a tight sheet on the mattress. At some point we gave up and thought we would sleep without it but then tried it again and it worked, otherwise, we didn’t like anything

HUGE COSTLY MISTAKE

When we arrived there was nobody at the location. The lobby was full of junk, there was a sign saying to call for an access code. We called & nobody returned our call. We scrambled for alternate accommodations & now the owner is saying we aren’t getting a refund because he was ‘properly able to accommodate’. We paid extra for a water view, but we were not able to get in the building. There were no cars on the property & looked completely abandoned.

The room was just beautiful, great for someone wanting to stay 1 night or 5. It had a beautiful kitchen area, beautiful view and Pet Friendly.

Spacious two-bedroom suite. great location with a nice view of the St. Lawrence River. Quiet. Easy self-check-in.

No staff onsite. But check-in is easy through Booking.com communication.

The outside of the place needs upkeep. No wash cloths, open exposed insulation around windows, extremely noisy.

Since it is new renovation, the facilities are very new and clean. The double bed is very comfortable but the sofa bed is poor.

It has a kitchen using for cooking but it doesn’t have a dishwasher so the we need to do all dish washing. Also, not enough cooking equipments and utensils have been provided.

Could have been worse!

We were a group of 6 people and we rented all 3 caravans to try out the RV experience for one night.Despite the description, the heating was present only in one out of three RVs, hot water was missing one of the RVs. The windows were open in our bedroom and oh boy was it nontrivial to figure out how to close them at 2am when I woke up because of being cold.The soap was missing. I'm used to places not providing shampoo and carry my own, but not providing even soap to wash hands is a new low.People in another RV complained that their blanket was too small and thin.Bonus: in our RV there was a night light right above the bed that we didn't find how to turn off, and it was directed right into our eyes. Had to stuff a pillow into the niche with the light to cover it.

No breakfast available. Building is being renovated and does not look like the web site. Should it be open? Unit was renovated and very nice.

A warning to all to avoid this property. This property is being renovated. Very overpriced. Ground floor suite smells strongly of drywall dust , not well equipped - the whole establishment is a poor attempt at retrofitting an office building.

Excellent Room, although TV channel selection was limited.

Various areas of the building were under renovation. There was no reception area available but staff did best to accomodate.
