- Clean room¿for the price I paid it was not a bad hotel.
- Proximity to Old Quebec and shopping.
- The professionalism from the time that I booked in, and they were amazing customer service, not only throughout the night, but in the morning as well
Cons -
- Too far from the tourist sites¿the hotel and grounds needs renovation..
- Stayed 7 days. One day cleaners left door open. On two days later they made up only one bed and left behind cleaning supplies. The swimming pool was very small and was full of sand from peoples feet. Dark and dank.
- Overall hospitality of the hotel is no good My booking was for two days night,even though,hotel stop all service regarding hospitality like wi fi,door key,garage key on the next day,I mean at 11.0am they stopped all service
