- The kindness of personal
- The room was really spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfy. The location was excellent near the restaurants and the highways.
- Less than 1 star
Cons -
- When it was the time to register we came at 1:00 and 90 percent of the time it is not an issue to get our room at that time. Unfortunately, that time I got a young clerk that was a Preakness and he refused to give us our room until 4:00.
- There was no cold water in the bathroom (sink). The receptionist (asian lady) on duty (evening on the 27th May) was quite unpleasant, especially compared to the other ones
- This hotel is sold as pet friendly but it is not. The staff is arrogant when you need to fight to get you pet with you. Very stressful.
