This motel is about 5 minutes’ drive from Lévis city center and Old Lévis. It offers partial views of the Saint Lawrence River and Laurentians. Cons -
- Sink was stuck in the lavatory. Spent 30min freeing it.
- manager accidentally entered our room at 8:30 in the morning thinking we were gone, then cleaning staff knocked non-stop at 10 am saying check out was at 11 am and the room was needed for their next client. Not good being pushed out 1 hr before checkout-
- Found front desk clerk rude. Could of been language barrier but still should have good customer service. Wanted to know if we could get refund so we could travel further but no way as I know it is you that would make this decision. He was impatient.
