they where polite
It was conveniently located with lots of shopping in a decent neighborhood. The staff was nice, the hotel was clean.
Outdoor amenities. Hot tubs , fire pit , sauna.

Cons -

we dint have the room that we paid for, and there are nothing for breakfeast
The hours of the restaurant downstairs was not convenient. No breakfast available? They provided a coupon for a restaurant down the street, which was rather weird, considering they had a full service restaurant in the hotelÂ¿
No everything that we needed was there. The only thing we'd both like to see if it was possible would be real creamers for the coffee instead of the powdered.

It is pleasant, in a reasonably central location. I would say it has all we needed for our short stay. We used it in connection with a visit to Nordic and it worked out well for travel. We will use it again.
