- The Front Desk Staff are very helpful.
Cons -
- Despite the presence of 3 receptionists at the check in desk with only one customer, we waited nearly 30 minutes to finish checking in. The climate control would nor allow us to lower the temperature which was set at 72.

- I registerd in line and I had to redo everything at the desk even though I told the lady I did it on line she said I know I see it....what's the use ???

The Front Desk Staff are very helpful.
Too many Doors to enter hotel all doors are un-Lock, anyone can enter the hotel. for safety is not acceptable
