Pros +
- Walk in shower. Good parking. Included.
- The kitchen staff and front desk staff were great and very nice. The manager that I spoke to about issues that happened was terrible and very uncooperative.
- The front desk clerk was great! He was kind, professional and helpful.
Cons -
- Location. Horrible! Next to a slum apartment building. Not safe! Nothing to walk to!
- I checked in with another guest at 1am, we would be getting up at 9am. The fire alarm went off twice, false alarm both times. Paramedics showed up outside our door. When I asked for discount from manager, she argued with me and refused, horrible service.
- The hotel has many homeless/transient/drug using people surrounding it, including in the common outdoor area. I arrived; police were at the hotel front doors taking an incident report. All restaurant surrounding the hotel were boarded up. I felt unsafe.
