Located 5 minutes’ drive from the University of Waterloo, this boutique Waterloo hotel features an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Free WiFi access is available, along with on-site dining. Pros +

The man who checked us in was exceptional.
The hotel was centrally located and close to where I had my activities planned. The hotel also offered to help keep our luggage when we checked out at 12 noon.
Staff was helpful and friendly

Cons -

The woman who checked us out when ahead and charge the credit card on file for the parking fees without asking. When we told her that the room was dirty, and that you could see urine down the sides of the toilet, she didn?t offer us a complaint card
The fact that breakfast was not complimentary. I also requested for a late check out till 3 PM and that was also going to be charged as extra. I accepted to just have an extension of check out till 12 noon at no cost.
Bathroom floor was not washed / swept. Dirty facecloth found at the base of the curtains. It was a full house that weekend so perhaps oversight due to volume of business.

Staff was helpful and friendly

Bathroom floor was not washed / swept. Dirty facecloth found at the base of the curtains. It was a full house that weekend so perhaps oversight due to volume of business.

I spent more money than usual for this hotel and I was really disappointed in my location of my room right outside elevator and heard the ring of it constantly. The added cost for parking was a real disappointment. Location was not what expected.
