Located in the entertainment district, this Toronto, Ontario hotel is a 5-minute walk from the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium of Canada and Rogers Center. - The service from the hotel staff was exceptional. It was my daughters 8th birthday and they went above and beyond to upgrade our room complimentary, hand write her a birthday card, and gave her a little care package of snacks.
- easy walking distance to hockey hall of fame, CN tower, and other attractions. Abundant restaurants nearby

- Parking
- The only challenge with the hotel is the only option for parking is valet ($60) or parking down the street. I chose valet & they were great gentlemen and worth the money in my opinion.
- elevators slow and unreliable, had to carry luggage down 15 flights for checkout. Breakfast crowded and underwhelming
