- The desk staff were extremely helpful. They explained the best way to get into Toronto from the hotel. They took care of the arrangements.
- Proximity to airport; friendly service; airport shuttle; in-room amenities; thick blackout drapes.

- The mattress was to soft, the room was not cleaned on the 2nd day
- Currently under remodeling.
- Room was rundown. Frequently there weren¿t enough towels at the pool
